Memories: Enchanting Love

I can't remember so much of my early school days. I started at the middle of a year and was only three years old. Some how Baba managed kind of day care for me I think, may be he had no other option then for some reasons. He was the president of the school committee and was very respected in the community. He and his fellows worked hard to form that three storied school for underprivileged children with large play ground and a  beautiful natural water body of its own. The notion was to earn money from fish cultivation so that the school can run smoothly. And most importantly for ensuring the quality of education Baba and some of his friends and colleagues promised and sent their children to that school. I and all of my siblings started our schooling there.

However, its very difficult for me to recall most of the memories. Being the third kid in family and having number of friends of different ages in neighborhood, I was quite smart at that age but all I used to do in class was "CRYING", enough to screw up a class's whole discipline. Our teacher, I remember her name "Hasnahena Apa", she used to comfort me on her lap and continue the class. I can't remeber her face at all. I only can remember her sari, may be a light pink floral printed sari, and a very affectionate, soft floral smell of her, may be jasmine or some other flower... I dont know... I used to feel sheltered with her and stop crying and start watching that sari... attendance register, chalk, duster... and felt safe and motivated with that loving touch... that smell... aaha...

We really don't know where love is waiting to embrace us!!!
