Swelling Glimpses in Darkness

I was watching rain

N but rain

Watching them leaving

One after another

I was listening rain

N but rain

Listening them leaving

One after another

I always hv had a strong nose

They asked " U smell every little thing!!! Why r U so weird?"

I thought I can even smell a color a word a note a tone a smile a tear a brain a mind a soul a moment a past a future...

I always hv had a poor vision

They got disgusted " Where do U put Ur damn eyes?"

I thought I don't wanna see around up above below under near far inside deep...

Rather I wanna watch into a void

I always hv had a poor hearing

They got surprised "R U deaf? How cud U be still alive?"

I thought  I dont wanna hear around up  above below under near far inside deep...

Rather I wanna hear a silence through n through

I always hv had a sensitive tongue

They couldn't help laughing "Grow up! Test some spices. U r not a baby anymore."

I thought I dont wanna test all or everything too sweet too hot too salty too soury too bitter...

Rather I wanna be a monk n live on alms

I always hv had a delicate skin

They started yelling on me " What's the problem with U? We barely touched U!!!"

I thought I dont wanna be touched anymore too sweet too hot too salty too soury too bitter...

Rather I wanna be a wanderer n walk bare foot on n on

I always hv had an acute soul

They mocked even in silence "How could U manage to hold such a labish sadness in Ur soul? Turn around n rise on the bright side, U dumb!

I thought I dont wanna get a flash ever again too bright too alluring too alive too tempting n too lie...

Rather I wanna keep searching the truths  in ginormous piles of darkness

I m watching rain

N but rain

Watching them leaving

One after another

I m listening rain

N but rain

Listening them leaving

One after another

n waiting

n waiting

n waiting...
